I'm an AI & Analytics Developer on the AI Analytics team at Morningstar, a global investment research firm with 12,000+ employees. My work sits at the intersection of enterprise AI adoption and data storytelling: I own the AI Insights Hub, a reporting framework that tracks adoption, ROI, and cost across seven AI tools — M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, and Copilot Studio — and delivers those results quarterly to senior IT leadership and the CEO.
Before this role, I was on the IT support side at Morningstar, where I built a Power BI analytics suite in my own time that caught leadership's attention and led to a formal transition into analytics in early 2025. The path from support analyst to AI analytics is an unusual one, and it's one I earned by shipping things that mattered before I had the title to match.
Outside the core reporting work, I build the automation that keeps everything running: Power Apps checklists that auto-ticket into ServiceNow, Workday sync flows that keep Viva Insights cohorts current, and Python pipelines that generate executive briefings from multi-source data. Right now I'm also extending the stack onto AWS — Lambda, S3, Athena, and QuickSight — to bring in tools that live outside the Microsoft ecosystem.
