Power Apps

I use Power Apps to replace manual, error-prone IT processes with structured Canvas apps that teams actually want to use. The focus is always on real-world adoption: apps that are fast, mobile-friendly, and wired into the systems people already work in — ServiceNow for ticketing, SharePoint for storage, and Power Automate for everything in between. Both apps I've shipped are in daily production use.

Daily IT Checklist App

Canvas app used daily by the IT team to log infrastructure checks. Automatically creates ServiceNow tickets for any flagged items, eliminating manual follow-up.

Daily Network Checklist App

Companion app for network operations, following the same auto-ticketing pattern. Reduced the time between issue detection and ticket creation from hours to seconds.
