Power Automate
Power Automate is what connects the rest of my Power Platform work together. I use it to automate the workflows that IT teams shouldn't have to run manually: ServiceNow ticket creation triggered by app submissions, Workday data syncs that keep Viva Insights cohorts current, and approval chains that used to be email threads. The goal is always to make the right thing happen automatically, without anyone needing to remember to do it.

ServiceNow Auto-Ticketing Flow
Triggered by Power Apps checklist submissions, this flow creates, routes, and categorizes ServiceNow incidents automatically — no manual ticket entry required.
Workday → Viva Insights Sync
Automated flow that pulls updated headcount and org structure from Workday and pushes it into Viva Insights, keeping AI adoption cohorts accurate without manual exports.
Approval & Routing Flows
Multi-stage approval flows for internal request processes, replacing ad-hoc email chains with tracked, time-stamped decisions.
